Maddie Fox

Maddie joined the center as the Environmental Education Specialist in August of 2022.

She grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and attended the Community College of Baltimore County, where she was a member of the environmental science and gardening club. Following her graduation from CCBC, she attended Stevenson University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science.

Prior to her role at the Center, Maddie worked as a naturalist for Marshy Point Nature Center in Middle River, Maryland, where she cared for a wide variety of native wildlife and led educational programs.

Maddie moved to Delaware to join the Center- but spent many summers here growing up. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and painting.
