Bryan Ochs serves as the Deputy Director at the Center, where he focuses on strengthening and expanding the organization’s administrative operations, including human resources, finance, IT, development, and communications.

He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from his service in the United States Air Force, where he worked as an aircraft maintainer, trainer, project officer, and manager. Following his military retirement, Bryan continued to build his expertise in organizational development, working as an aircraft trainer and human resources manager with a focus on team building and long-term sustainability. He holds an associate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and both an MBA and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Wilmington University.

Outside of work, Bryan finds joy in nurturing his gardens — a backyard full of vegetables, and a pond alive with goldfish, koi, and frogs perched on the lily pads. With irises and lilies blooming all around him and a song always playing in his head, he enjoys the simple magic of watching everything grow, light up, and come to life.
