39375 Inlet Rd Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971
The public is invited to join the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays’ (Center) upcoming Citizens Advisory Committee – Citizens Café on Thursday, October 27 from 6 – 8 PM to get the first glimpse of some of the key findings from the 2021 State of the Bays report. This five-year report is a compilation of environmental data about the health of the Bays and their watershed, providing communities, decision-makers, and concerned citizens robust scientific information that they can use to help guide efforts to restore and protect these valuable resources. Highlights from the newly-published Economic Valuation of the Inland Bays report will also be featured along with the Center’s 2023 – 2025 strategic plan. Center speakers will include Anna Fagan, Deputy Director; Andrew McGowan, Manager of Estuary Science; and Lisa Swanger, Director of Outreach & Education. There are two options for attending this hybrid meeting — in person at the Center’s office or virtually via Zoom. Please see below for more details.
