Account Set Up

• Complete application
  • This will automatically create a volunteer profile.
  • Please, complete your profile with a photo and any pertinent information that will help people know you and your engagement with the Center.
• Create username and password
• Log on from Center website OR  this link OR My Impact App.
  • Use your newly created username and password for any access method.
• Access “Help” from the top right corner of your volunteer impact account to learn about any task a volunteer maybe allow to do from the software.
• Bookmark the Login link (https://app.betterimpact.com/Login/Login?returnUrl=%2FVolunteer%2FMain&agencyGuid=0e1fc053-703c-4ab8-8cc7-181dcb081824) to your browser bookmark bar.

• Access using this link: https://support.betterimpact.com/siteguide/my-impact-app/ from your phone or tablet.
• Select your device type
• Follow the download instructions
• Use your username and password to login.
