Clare Magargal
Clare Magargal joined the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays in October 2025 as the Communications Specialist.
Clare grew up 100 miles north of the Center in Hockessin, DE and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and English from the University of Delaware.
After completing her education, Clare jumped into an internship with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control where she combined her love of content creation and storytelling with her passion to educate the public on environmental conversation.
When Clare is not at the Center, you can find her exploring Assateague Island (by foot or her inflatable paddle board), writing stories she hopes the world will get to read one day, reading in the quiet corner of the library, or trying to discover the best tacos on the Eastern Shore.
