Join us for a guided nature walk throughout the Preserve! Learn all about estuaries and why they are important for humans, wildlife, and our way of life. Participants will hear about some ways they can help to preserve, protect, and restore the Inland Bays!
Participants will spend the majority of the program walking along the Preserve’s trails. We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes for comfort and safety. Please bring water, sunscreen, and insect repellent, as the Preserve can be buggy at times.
The walk will cover approximately 1.5 – 2 miles across various terrains, including wooden boardwalks, tree roots, and sandy paths, with frequent stops along the way.
Important Notes:
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
