The Delaware Center for the Inland Bays welcomes the public to join our upcoming Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) – Citizens Café on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

This hybrid event will feature a dynamic panel discussion on the theme “Caring for Water.” Four distinguished speakers from diverse sectors will share their expertise on protecting and managing our waterways and addressing the challenges facing our watershed in a changing environment.

Discussion topics will include:

    • Stormwater management
    • Surface water protection and watershed management
    • Agricultural best practices
    • Nature-based solutions in coastal zones

    • Michael Bott – Program Administrator, DNREC Division of Watershed Management, Watershed Assessment and Management

Quarterly Citizen Café meetings offer the public a chance to engage with the Committee and Center representatives and learn more about the Inland Bays watershed.
